Centennial Homes has a full-time, in-house service department at each of our six model home centers. This means you can rest assured that your home will be delivered and set up by a team with the knowledge, experience, and training to do the job right the first time. With your new home, you deserve the very best in service.

All of our warranty service is performed by our service team. Unlike other dealers, we do not subcontract our warranty service. Your work will be performed by the same professional team that delivered and set your team.

COVID-19 Response Plan

Centennial Homes, for the protection of our customers, employees, and communities we serve, will continue to monitor the latest news about the COVID-19 coronavirus. We are taking the appropriate steps and preventative measures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health organizations. Some of these measures include, but are not limited to: an increase in disinfecting contact surfaces, eliminating all non-essential travel for staff, limiting meetings, trainings, and large groups of people congregating for any function, and utilizing social distancing as much as possible. We are monitoring anyone for illness and are asking them to remain at home or get tested as needed.  We have also encouraged our employees to take similar measures in their personal lives where warranted.

Our commitment is to maintain these protocols and follow the recommendations of the CDC for as long as is needed. We continually evaluate the information on the virus and will act and make changes accordingly. The current nature of how we operate allows us to remain open for business while following the recommended guidelines. For current customers, any staff that enters your home to do work will be masked, wear gloves, and will clean and disinfect their work areas, just as precautions. If you happen to be ill and we are scheduled to come to your house, we ask you simply let us know and we will reschedule the work for a future date.

We will focus our decisions on how best to meet our customers’ expectations while ensuring our team member’s safety. We appreciate your understanding of the measures we are currently taking and any we may take in the future as this situation evolves daily.
